If you have ever owned a blog or something, then you know how hard it is to coordinate a multi-author website with many different topics and ideas to talk about. It is not only to get the people to write the right things at the right place, but to actually coordinate all that so the whole site look indeed as one single piece of content; not scattered thoughts diluted across a website.
Fortunately with systems like SIWEB this task is now easier than never. I have one example to share with you in a blog which I work which we were having problems relating all the content that our authors were writing day after day.
A small example
This is a health site and there are many aspects about it which we need to take care of. Starting with motivational posts, passing through product recommendation for recipes like the best juicers to buy in the market, going all the way down to different alternatives people can have when trying to get fit and in shape.
Fortunately, the SIWEB system came in hand since we could then clearly see what was going on in the site as a whole and then coordinate all our efforts to ensure that we would have a complete site about health.
I’ll tell you, it was no easy task but after we got it through, it was really nice to see the whole project finished and standing on its own with many visitor coming each and every day.
